中医药治疗2型糖尿病糖脂代谢紊乱研究进展

Research Progress on Treatment of Glucose and Lipid Metabolism Disorders in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Traditioal Chinese Medicine

糖尿病是一种以持续高血糖为症状的内分泌代谢疾病,一般伴有糖脂代谢紊乱,2型糖尿病占该病患者的多数,对公共卫生造成很大危害。西医多以口服降糖药物及注射胰岛素作为主要治疗手段,患者依从性较差,不良反应较多。通过查阅相关研究,发现中医药在调控糖脂代谢紊乱方面疗效突出、副作用少,但尚缺乏此方面的相关综述。因此,从糖脂代谢与2型糖尿病的关系作为切入点,由点及面,逐步探讨多味中药单体及中药复方对2型糖尿病糖脂代谢相关指标的影响,从而为改善患者临床症状、提高生活质量提供一定参考。现对近年来的相关研究作一综述。

Diabetes is an endocrine and metabolic disease with persistent hyperglycemia,accompanied by disorder of glu-cose and lipid metabolism.Type 2 diabetes accounts for the majority of patients with this disease,which poses a threat to public health safety.Western medicine mainly treats with oral hypoglycemic drugs and insulin injection,but patients compliance is poor and there are many adverse reactions.At present,through consulting relevant studies,the author found that traditional Chinese medicine has outstanding curative effect and few side effects in regulating the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism,but there is still a lack of relevant reviews in this regard.Therefore,this paper starts with the relationship between glucose and lipid metabolism and type 2 diabetes,and gradually discusses the effects of various traditional Chinese medicine monomers and traditional Chinese medicine compounds on related indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes,so as to provide some reference for improving patients'clinical symptoms and quali-ty of life.This paper reviews the related research in recent years.
