互联网+健康教育在小儿先天性心脏病家长教育中的应用及对家属负性情绪的改善效果

Application of Internet+health education in parents education of children with congenital heart disease and analysis of improvement effect on negative emotions of family members

目的探讨互联网+健康教育在小儿先天性心脏病家长教育中的应用及对家属负性情绪的改善效果。方法收集2020年1月—2020年12月浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院收治的378例先天性心脏病介入治疗患儿及378名家长,根据电脑随机数字表法进行分组,每组各189例、189名,对照组家长教育中予以常规健康教育,观察组予以互联网+健康教育,对两组先天性心脏病患儿家属的疾病相关知识的知晓水平、负性情绪及患儿的心功能、并发症发生情况进行比较。结果干预后,观察组患儿家属对于疾病相关知识的知晓度评分[(90.95±8.12)分]高于对照组[(82.86±9.64)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后日,观察组患儿家属的状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)中各分表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后,观察组患儿的NYHA心功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿干预期间并发症的发生率2.12%,低于对照组的6.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网+健康教育在小儿先天性心脏病家长教育中的应用可取得显著效果,不仅能增强患儿家属对于疾病相关知识的知晓水平,缓解负性情绪,而且还能改善患儿心功能,降低并发症的发生率。

Objective To analyze the application of Internet+health education in parents education of children with congenital heart disease and the effect of improving negative emotions of family members.Methods 378 cases of children with congenital heart disease receiving interventional therapy and 378 parents from January 2020 to December 2020 were collected and divided into 189 children and 189 parents according to the computer random number table method.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given Internet+health education.The awareness level of disease-related knowledge,negative emotions,cardiac function and complications of children with congenital heart disease were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,in the observation group,the awareness score of family members was[(90.95±8.12)points],higher than[(82.86±9.64)points]that of the control group(P<0.05).On the postoperative day,in the observation group,the scores of STAI were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,in the observation group,the NYHA cardiac function grading was better than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of complications during the intervention was 2.12%,which was lower than 6.88%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Internet+health education in the education of parents of children with congenital heart disease can achieve significant results,which can not only enhance the awareness level of disease-related knowledge of children's families,relieve negative emotions,but also improve the cardiac function of children and reduce the incidence of complications.
