摘要
目的调查分析急诊技能培训教师和住院医师规范化培训(住培)学员对各项急诊核心技能培训难易度及操作时遗漏情况等的认知情况。方法选取2021年10月1日至2021年10月18日,准备参加河北省住院医师规范化培训技能大赛的来自河北省各地市15家急诊专业基地的全部教师和学员,共103人为调查对象,其中教师37人,学员66人。依据《临床技能操作细化流程及评分标准》,对13个急诊核心技能培训项目,按细化流程操作步骤制定电子调查问卷,分难易度和操作时遗漏情况评分调查。结果在13项急诊核心技能培训中,有10项急诊技能培训步骤间难易度认知差异有统计学意义,全部13项急诊技能培训步骤间操作时遗漏情况步骤间差异有统计学意义。结论通过调查分析急诊技能培训教师和住培学员对各项急诊核心技能培训难易度及操作时遗漏情况等的认知情况,为改进临床技能培训课程设置,重新分配重难点,提高培训效率,培养高层次、高水平、应用型的医学人才提供方法学基础。
Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition of emergency skills training teachers and residents on the difficulty degree of emergency core skills training and the omissions in operation.Methods From October 1 to October 18,2021,a total of 103 teachers and residents from 15 emergency bases in Hebei province who were prepared to participate in the standardized training skills competition for residents were selected,including 37 teachers and 66 residents.According to the"clinical skills operation refinement process and scoring criteria",an electronic questionnaire was developed for 13 emergency core skills training projects according to the operation steps of the refinement process.The scores were divided into"difficulty degree"and"omission during operation".Results Statistical analysis showed that among the 13 emergency core skills training steps,there were statistical differences in the cognition of difficulty degree in the 10 emergency skills training steps,and there were statistical differences in the omission of operation in all 13 emergency skills training steps.Conclusions Through investigating and analyzing the cognition of emergency skills training teachers and residents on the difficulty degree of emergency core skills training and the omissions in operation,it provides a reference for improving the curriculum setting of clinical skills training,redistributing the key and difficult points,improving the training efficiency,and training high-level and applied medical talents.
