摘要
银屑病是一种由Th1和/或Th17细胞介导的慢性、炎症性、增生性免疫性皮肤病。尽管在银屑病的治疗方面已经取得了许多进展,但其易复发性迫使人们寻求新的治疗策略。T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白-3(TIM-3)是一种优先表达于Th1和Th17细胞的负性免疫调节信号跨膜蛋白,在小鼠和人类中都被证明具有不同的功能,因此,TIM-3与抑制和共刺激功能有关,部分取决于特定的细胞类型和免疫反应过程。近年来,研究TIM-3如何在自身免疫系统疾病中发挥作用已成为热点。TIM-3表达异常可能是银屑病发生发展的因素之一,通过阐明TIM-3在银屑病发病中的作用机理,为银屑病的诊疗和改善预后提供新的靶点和途径。
Psoriasis is a chronic,inflammatory and proliferative immune skin disease mediated by Th1 and/or Th17 cells.Although much progress has been made in the treatment of psoriasis,its easy recurrence forces people to seek new treatment strategies.T cell immunoglobulin domain mucin domain protein-3(Tim-3)is a negative immunoregulatory signal transmembrane protein that preferentially expressed in Th1 and Th17 cells.It has been proved that Tim-3 has different functions in mice and humans.Therefore,Tim-3 is related to inhibition and costimulatory functions,and partially depends on specific cell types and immune response processes.In recent years,it has become a hot spot to study how Tim-3 plays a role in autoimmune diseases.By searching the latest literature at home and abroad in recent years,this paper summarizes the expression level and regulation mechanism of Tim-3 in patients with psoriasis,so as to provide new targets and new directions for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of psoriasis.The abnormal expression of Tim-3 may be one of the factors in the occurrence and development of psoriasis.By clarifying the mechanism of Tim-3 in the pathogenesis of psoriasis,we can open another window for the new treatment of psoriasis.
