摘要 思政教育融入专业课程是“立德树人”教育发展背景下,提高专业人才素养的重要途径之一。基于OBE理念开展“食品营养学”课程思政教育的探索与实践,介绍了建设背景与目标,依据课程特色探索课程思政的融入点和元素设计,结合“三维度、三环节”的教学设计开展“三层次”的思政教育,将思政教育与专业理论教学进行融合改革,同时构建多元化的课程评价体系,更注重过程性考核,并取得了较好的教学效果。 The integration of ideological and political education into specialized courses was one of the important ways to improve the quality of diathesis of professional technical talents under the background of the development of “moral values establishment and people cultivation”.Based on the Outcomes Based Education(OBE),the exploration and practice of ideological and political education in “Food Nutrition” was carried out.The background and objectives of ideological and political education in “Food Nutrition” were introduced.The integration points and element designs of ideological and political education were explored according to the characteristics of the curriculum Food Nutrition.Through the reform of the ideological and political education in “Food Nutrition”,good teaching results were achieved.
