基于协同创新中心的“双高”人才培养模式改革探究

摘要 《高等教育法》规定,高等教育的任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才。协同创新中心可以把高校、企业、研究所、政府等部门的资源进行有机整合,在人才培养方面可产生“1+1>2”的协同创新效果。协同创新中心在“双高”校建设中具有“10个有利于”的重要作用。依托协同创新中心提出“双高”人才分类培养的新模式,即工匠类人才的培养、创新类人才的培养、专升本类人才的培养和通识性人才的培养。此外,为保障协同创新中心顺利而高效的实施,需要在制度、人才和资金等方面采取保障措施。 The higher education law stipulates that the task of higher education is to train high-level professionals with innovative spirit and practical ability.The collaborative innovation center could organically integrate the resources of universities,enterprises,research institutes,governments and other departments,and can produce a “1+12” collaborative innovation effect in personnel training.The collaborative innovation center plays an important role of “10 advantages” in the construction of “double high”.Relying on the collaborative innovation center,the new mode of “double high” talent classification training is proposed,that is,the training of artisan talents,innovative talents,professional talents and general talents.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of the collaborative innovation center,we need to take safeguard measures in terms of system,talents and funds.
