The Exploration and Study of Course Ideological and Political Construction of “Food Science and Engineering Introduction”

在乡村振兴战略背景下,发挥课程思政教育价值,对培养服务乡村振兴所需人才具有重要意义。基于此,以“食品科学与工程导论”为例,从课程思政教学队伍建设、制定科学的思政目标及深度挖掘教学内容蕴含的思政元素等多方面探索思政元素在教学中的融合与应用,以期提高“食品科学与工程导论”课程教学质量,同时为乡村振兴背景下食品专业类课程思政建设提供参考。

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,giving play to the value of ideological and political education in the curriculum is of great significance for cultivating talents needed for rural revitalization.Based on this,taking introduction to Food Science and Engineering as an example,explore the integration and application of ideological and political elements in teaching from various aspects,such as the construction of ideological and political teaching team,the formulation of scientific ideological and political objectives,and the in-depth exploration of ideological and political elements contained in teaching content,so as to improve the teaching quality of introduction to food science and engineering.At the same time,it provides reference for ideological and political construction of food courses under the background of rural revitalization.
