摘要
食品标签是食品质量的一部分,但不同于通过设备检验得到结果的质量项目,标签审核是审核人员依据法规标准,判断其是否符合要求的过程。而涉及的法规和标准,公开但分散在各种文件中。第三方检验机构有开展标签审核业务,但企业需要有一定的内审能力,以减少风险,并节约外审成本。文章通过搜集食品标签相关法规和标准,逐一比较具体条款,根据从严的原则查漏补缺,汇总为完整的审核依据,并逐项列出,形成标准化流程。审核人员按顺序对各分项内容进行审核,即可快速掌握相关要点,开展审核工作。
Food label,as a part of food quality,is different from the quality items obtained through the inspection of equipment.Label review was a process for auditors to judge whether it conforms to the requirements in accordance with the laws and regulations.The laws and standards involved were disclosed but spread in various documents.The third party inspection organization carries out the label review,but the enterprises shall be equipped with certain internal review competence,thus reducing risks and saving the costs for external review.In this thesis,through the collection of relevant laws,regulations and standards on food label,the specific terms were compared detail by detail.Based on the strict leak filling,a complete review basis was summarized,and they were listed one by one,thus forming a standardized fiow.The auditors reviewed the sub-items in order,so that they could quickly grasp the relevant essentials and carry out the review.
