摘要
课程评价体系是工程教育专业认证背景下乳品化学课程的教学模块改革的一部分,构建以成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念下的过程性评价考核模式,学生明确本课程要达到的能力培养目标,注重学生课前课中和课后的参与,借助教学平台对各个环节进行量化考核,调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,促进学生全面发展,同时,利于教师全面了解学生,改进教学方法,达到教学目标。此考核模式可为食品专业基础课程改革提供参考。
The curriculum evaluation system was a part of the teaching module reform of “dairy chemistry” course under the background of engineering education professional certification.The formative assessment model under the outcome-based education(OBE) idea were constructed.Students could clarify the ability training objectives to be achieved in this course and pay attention to the participation of students before,during and after class.Formative assessment used the teaching platform to quantify each aspect,so as to mobilize students' learning initiative and enthusiasm and promote all-round development of students.At the same time,it was beneficial for teachers to fully understand students,improve teaching methods and achieve teaching objectives.This assessment model could provide reference for the reform of basic courses in food specialty.
