茂名地区荔枝农药残留膳食摄入风险评估 被引量:1

Risk Assessment of Dietary Intake of Pesticide Residues in Litchi from Maoming Area

摘要 分析茂名地区荔枝农药残留量的状况,开展农药残留膳食摄入风险评估,为荔枝的农药残留监管和消费者食用荔枝的安全性提供参考依据。在茂名地区抽取44批次荔枝样品,检测49种农药残留量。检出38批次样品有农药残留,检出率为86.4%;检出11种农药残留,农药种类检出率为22.4%。对检出残留的部分农药进行膳食摄入风险评估,毒死蜱、氯氟氰菊酯、苯醚甲环唑、啶虫脒、嘧菌酯的慢性膳食摄入风险小于0.4%,毒死蜱、氯氟氰菊酯、苯醚甲环唑、啶虫脒的急性膳食摄入风险小于0.6%。荔枝农药残留膳食摄入风险较低,食用荔枝不会对消费者的健康造成不良影响。 Analyze the status of pesticide residues in litchi in Maoming area,and carry out dietary intake risk assessment of pesticide residues,so as to provide reference for pesticide residue supervision and safety of litchi consumption by consumers.Forty-four batches of litchi samples were collected from Maoming area to detect 49 pesticide residues.Pesticide residues were detected in 38 batches of samples,and the detection rate was 86.4%.The detection rate of 11 pesticide residues was 22.4%.The risk assessment of dietary intake of some pesticides detected showed that the risk of chronic dietary intake of chlorpyrifos,cyhalothrin,difenoconazole,acetamidine and pyrimethazil was less than 0.4%,and the risk of acute dietary intake of chlorpyrifos,cyhalothrin,difenoconazole and acetamidine was less than 0.6%.Litchi pesticide residue dietary intake risk was low,and consumption of litchi would not cause adverse health effects on consumers.
