布舍瑞林注射液对靶动物猪的安全性试验 被引量:1

摘要 为了评价布舍瑞林注射液对靶动物猪的安全性,将16头断奶母猪随机分为4组(每组4头),即布舍瑞林1倍、3倍、5倍推荐剂量组以及空白对照组。试验组连续3 d单次颈部肌内给药,对照组不给药。于给药前和最后1次给药结束后1 h内收集血液,测定血常规和血液生化指标;试验结束时对空白对照组和5倍剂量组猪的脏器进行病理学观察;记录试验期间猪的体温变化。结果显示,与空白对照组相比,各给药组猪的体温无显著变化(P>0.05);各给药组的平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)较处理前显著升高(P<0.05),无机磷(P)较处理前显著降低(P<0.05);5倍剂量组钙离子(Ca^(2+))较处理前显著降低(P<0.05),处理后P比同期对照组也显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,各内脏器官未见明显的病理变化。综上所述,3倍及以下剂量布舍瑞林注射液对靶动物猪是安全的。 To evaluate the safety of Buserelin injection on sows,16 weaned sows were randomly divided into 4 groups(4 sows/group):recommended dose group,triple dose group,5-fold dose group and control group.Treated groups received single intramuscular administration under neck consecutively for 3 days,with control sows not received administration.Blood was collected before the first administration and after last administration within 1 h for the detection of blood routine and blood biochemical indexes.At the end of the experiment,internal organs in control and five-fold dose groups were collected for histopathological examinations,the body temperatures of all animals during experiment were recorded.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the temperature of sows in treated groups had no significant different(P>0.05);In all treated groups,the mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)significantly increased(P<0.05)and inorganic phosphorus(P)significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05);In 5-fold dose group,the calcium(Ca^(2+))decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),P decreased significantly compared with control group(P<0.05);Compared with control group,no obvious histopathological changes were observed in internal organs.In conclusion,the triple dose of Buserelin injection or lower dose is safe on sows.
