Apelin在支气管肺发育不良相关肺动脉高压中的研究进展

摘要 支气管肺发育不良(BPD)是目前早产儿较为常见的慢性疾病,其主要病理改变为肺泡发育进程受阻及肺血管发育异常,部分患儿甚至出现肺血管重塑引起肺动脉高压(PH),由于BPD相关PH的发病机制并不十分明确,且目前缺乏特异性的有效治疗手段,故其有较高的死亡率,总体预后较差。Apelin是一种有效的血管扩张剂及血管生成因子,在肺部高度表达,对改善肺血管重塑有一定作用,因此有望成为临床中治疗BPD相关PH的一种新兴手段。 Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)is a common chronic disease in premature infants,and its main pathological changes are impaired alveolar development and abnormal pulmonary vascular development.Some children even develop pulmonary arterial hypertension(PH)due to pulmonary vascular remodeling.Since the pathogenesis of BPD-related PH is not well understood and there is a lack of specific and effective treatment,it has a high mortality rate and a poor overall prognosis.Apelin is an effective vasodilator and angiogenic factor that is highly expressed in the lung and has a role in improving pulmonary vascular remodeling,and is therefore expected to be an emerging clinical treatment for BPD-related PH.
