重症监护室采用美罗培南不同静脉输注方式治疗脓毒血症患者的疗效研究

Effects of Different Intravenous Infusion Methods of Meropenem on Patients with Sepsis in Intensive Care Unit

目的:探讨不同静脉输注方式给予美罗培南在重症监护室(ICU)脓毒血症患者中的应用效果.方法:选择2015年5月至2017年12月本院ICU收治的116例脓毒血症患者为研究对象.采用回顾性分析方法,根据美罗培南静脉输注方式将其分为观察组(n=66,静脉微泵泵入治疗)和对照组(n=50,静脉滴注治疗).比较两组患者临床疗效、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后白细胞计数、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-8水平,均较治疗前显著下降,且观察组白细胞计数、TNF-α和IL-8水平均低于对照组,差异的有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显严重不良反应.结论:与静脉滴注美罗培南相比较,静脉微泵泵入治疗抗炎效果更强,临床有效率更高,且具有一定的安全性.

Objective:To analyze the effects of meropenem given by different intravenous infusion methods in patients with sepsis in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:The data of 116 patients with sepsis admitted to the ICU of our hospital from May 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the mode of meropenem infusion,the patients were divided into observation group(n=66,intravenous micropump infusion treatment)and control group(n=50,intravenous drip treatment).And the clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<O.05).The levels of white blood cell count,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand interleukin(IL)-8 in the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels of white blood cell count,TNF-αand IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory effect of intravenous micropump infusion therapy of meropenem is stronger,the clinical efficacy is higher,and has certain safety.
