急支糖浆对社区获得性支气管肺炎患儿血清炎症标志物的影响

Effects of Jizhi Syrup on Serum Inflammatory Markers in Children with Community-Acquired Bronchopneumonia

目的:探讨急支糖浆对社区获得性支气管肺炎患儿血清炎症标志物表达的影响.方法:选取2019年12月至2020年12月在本院确诊的82例社区获得性支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象.采用简单随机分组法将患儿分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=41).观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上联合急支糖浆治疗,对照组患儿仅采用常规西药治疗,均持续治疗7d.评估两组患儿的临床疗效.分别于治疗前、后,观察两组血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-6水平的变化.记录两组患儿治疗期间的不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组总有效率为92.68%(38/41),显著高于对照组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的PCT、CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平,均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应的发生率是9.75%,与对照组17.07%,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:急支糖浆治疗社区获得性支气管肺炎患儿的效果较好,可以有效改善患儿的临床症状,降低血清炎症因子水平.

Objective:To explore the effects of jizhi syrup on serum inflammatory markers in children with communityacquired bronchopneumonia.Methods:A total of 82 children confirmed with community-acquired bronchopneumonia in Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital were enrolled between December 2019 and December 2020.According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=41).The observation group was additionally treated with jizhi syrup on the basis of routine western medicines,while the control group was treated with routine western medicines.Both groups were continuously treated for 7d.The clinical curative effect in both groups was evaluated.The changes in the levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand interleukin(IL)-6 before and after treatment in both groups were observed.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was recorded.Results:The total clinical curative rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group[92.68%(38/41)us 75.61%(38/41)],with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT,CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group(9.75%vs 17.07%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of jizhi syrup is good on children with community-acquired bronchopneumonia,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce levels of serum inflammatory factors.
