参芪四物汤治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗后再发心绞痛气虚血淤证的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Shenqi Siwu Decoction on Angina Pectoris with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后再发心绞痛(气虚血淤证)患者采用参芪四物汤治疗的疗效.方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月本院收治的冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛(气虚血淤证)患者136例为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组(n=68)和对照组(n=68).研究组采用常规西药及参芪四物汤治疗,对照组仅采用常规西药治疗.比较两组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、心功能指标[射血分数(EF)和每搏量]、炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α,白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6]水平,血管内皮功能(内皮素-1)及治疗总有效率.结果:治疗半程、治疗结束后研究组心绞痛发作次数减少、发作持续时间缩短,EF、每搏量升高,TNF-α、IL-6、内皮素-1水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:参芪四物汤对冠心病PCI术后再发心绞痛气虚血淤证有明显疗效.

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of shenqi siwu decoction in the treatment of patients with recurrent angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 136 patients with recurrent angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=68)and control group(n=68).The study group was treated with conventional western medicine and shenqi siwu decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine only.The frequency of angina attacks,duration,cardiac function indicators[ejection fraction(EF)and stroke volume],inflammatory indicators[tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand interleukin(IL)-6],vascular endothelial function(endothelin-1),and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks were reduced,EF and stroke volume were increased,the level of TNF-α,IL-6,and endothelin-1 were decreased in the study group in the half stage and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,whit the statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi siwu decoction is effective for recurrent angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI for coronary heart disease.
