产前针对性功能训练对产妇产程、产后盆底功能及肛门功能的影响

Effects of Prenatal Targeted Functional Training on Maternal Labor Process,Postpartum Pelvic Floor Function and Anal Function

目的:探讨产前针对性功能训练对产妇3个产程持续时间、产后盆底功能及肛门功能的影响.方法:选择2020年1月至2022年6月于本院经阴道分娩的83例初产妇作为研究对象,根据训练方式的不同分为观察组(n=42,针对性功能训练)和对照组(n=41,常规训练).比较两组产妇3个产程持续时间、产后盆底功能及肛门功能.结果:观察组3个产程持续时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后两组盆底肌力升高,观察组盆底肌力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后两组肛管及直肠肌力均上升,观察组的肛管及直肠肌力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:产前接受针对性功能训练能缩短产妇各个产程持续时间,有利于产后盆底功能和肛门功能恢复.

Objective:To explore the effects of prenatal targeted functional training on maternal labor process,postpartum pelvic floor function and anal function.Methods:Eighty-three primiparous women who gave birth vaginally in the present hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected in this study.And according to different training methods,they were divided into observation group(n=42,targeted functional training)and control group(n=41,routine training).The duration of labor process,pelvic floor function and anal function were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of labor process of every stage in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the the training,pelvic floor muscle strength in the two groups was increased,and pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant diference(P<0.05).After the training,the anal and rectal muscle strength was increased in the two groups,and the anal and rectal muscle strength in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal targeted functional training for pregnant women will shorten the duration of labor process,and it is beneficial to enhance postpartum pelvic floor function and anal function.
