系统化的人性护理在创伤性颅脑损伤患者神经功能改善及压疮预防中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effects of Systematic Humane Nursing in the Improvement of Neurological Function and the Prevention of Pressure Ulcers in Patients with Traumatic Craniocerebral Injury

目的:探讨创伤性颅脑损伤患者采用系统化的人性护理方法对神经功能改善及压疮预防的效果.方法:选取本院2020年1月至2022年3月收治的87例创伤性颅脑损伤患者为研究对象.按照护理方法不同将其分为观察组(n=45,系统化的人性护理方法)和对照组(n=42,常规护理方法).比较两组护理前、后神经功能评分、护理后压疮发生率及护理后患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分.结果:两组护理后,观察组患者神经功能评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组压疮发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HAMA、HAMD评分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对创伤性颅脑损伤患者采用系统化的人性护理方法,能有效改善神经功能,避免不良心理状况的发生,降低压疮的发生率,具有临床推广价值.

Objective:To investigate the effects of systematic humane nursing in the improvement of neurological function and pressure ulcer prevention in patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury.Methods:A total of 87 patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and according to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(n=45,systematic humanistic nursing method)and control group(n=42,usual care approach).The neurological function scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.The incidence of pressure ulcers after nursing was compared between the two groups.The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the neurological function scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The systematic humane nursing method for traumatic craniocerebral injury patients can effectively improve neurological function,avoid the occurrence of adverse psychological conditions,and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,which has clinical value,and is worthy of promotion.
