基于品管圈活动的护理模式在充血性心力衰竭患者中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Nursing Model Based on Quality Control Circle Activities in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

目的:观察基于品管圈活动在充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者临床护理的应用效果.方法:选择2021年1月至6月本院开展基于品管圈活动护理模式的33例CHF患者为研究对象,将其纳入观察组;选择同期于本院接受常规护理的33例CHF患者作为对照,纳入对照组.于入院和出院时,比较两组患者心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]及生活质量[简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)].结果:出院时,两组患者SAS及SDS评分均低于入院时,并且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者SF-36各维度评分高于入院时,并且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于品管圈活动的护理模式应用,可有效促进CHF患者心功能恢复,提高运动耐力,改善心理状况及生活质量.

Objective:To observe application effect of quality control circle activities in clinical nursing of patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 33 patients with CHF who carried out nursing mode based on quality control circle activities in our hospital from January to June 2021 were included in observation group,and 33 patients with CHF who carried out routine nursing in our hospital during the same period were included in control group.At admission and discharge,the psychological status[the anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and the Depression self-rating scale(SDS)]J and the quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups.Results:At discharge,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than those at admission,and observation group was lower than control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of SF-36 in each dimension of both groups were higher than those at admission,and observation group was higher than control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing mode based on quality control circle activity can effectively promote the recovery of cardiac function,improve the endurance of exercise,the psychological condition and quality of life in CHF patients.
