循证理论指导的营养支持管理在晚期食管癌患者中的应用

Application of Nutritional Support Management under Evidence-based Theory in Patients with Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的:探讨循证理论指导的营养支持管理在晚期食管癌患者中的应用.方法:选取本院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的113例晚期食管癌患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法,将其分为观察组(n=57,循证理论指导的营养支持管理干预)和常规组(n=56,常规营养管理干预).比较两组患者化疗前、后营养指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、总蛋白]和生活质量指标[简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)].结果:化疗后,两组的Hb及总蛋白水平均下降,但观察组的Hb及总蛋白水平高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后,两组SF-36评分均下降,但观察组的SF-36评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对晚期食管癌患者化疗期间进行循证理论指导的营养支持管理干预可有效调节患者营养状态,改善其生活质量.

Objective:To explore the application of nutritional support management under evidence-based theory in patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 113 patients with advanced esophageal cancer who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected in the study.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(n=57,nutritional support management under evidence-based theory)and routine group(n=56,routine nutritional support management).The nutritional indicators[hemoglobin(Hb),total protein]and the quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)] were compared between the two groups before and after the chemotherapy.Results:After the chemotherapy,the levels of Hb and total protein decreased in both groups,and the levels of Hb and total protein in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the dfference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the SF-36 score decreased in both groups,and the SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in routine group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nutrition support management nursing for patients with advanced esophageal cancer during the chemotherapy can effectively regulate their nutritional status and improve their quality of life.
