支气管结核患者疾病不确定感与心理弹性的关系

The Relationship between Disease Uncertainty and Psychological Resilience in Patients with Bronchial Tuberculosis

目的:分析支气管结核患者疾病不确定感与心理弹性的关系.方法:选取2019年3月至2020年12月本院收治的87例支气管结核患者作为研究对象.采用疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)评估患者出院时的疾病不确定感.根据MUIS评分将患者分为高水平组(n=26)、中等水平组(n=53)及低水平组(n=8).调查三组患者的相关资料,分析支气管结核患者疾病不确定感与心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]的关系.结果:低水平组患者CD-RISC评分高于中等、高水平组,中等水平组患者CD-RISC评分高于高水平组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者间年龄、性别、受教育程度、宗教信仰、居住地、医疗付费方式、工作状况、婚姻状况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);双变量Kendall的tau-b(K)直线相关性分析结果显示,支气管结核患者出院时的疾病不确定感与心理弹性呈负相关(r=-0.440,P<0.001).结论:支气管结核患者出院时的疾病不确定感与心理弹性呈负相关.

Objective:To analyze the relationship between the disease uncertainty and psychological resilience of patients with bronchial tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 87 patients with bronchial tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected.The disease uncertainty of patients at discharge was assessed by the disease uncertainty scale(MUIS).According to the MUIS score,the patients were divided into high-level group(n=26),moderate-level group(n=53),and low-level group(n=8).The relevant clinical data of patients of three groups were investigated,and the relationship between disease uncertainty and psychological resilience[psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)] in patients with bronchial tuberculosis was analyzed.Results:The CD-RISC scores of patients in the lowlevel group were higher than those in the moderate-level and high-level groups,and the CD-RISC scores of patients in the medium-moderate group were higher than those in the high-level group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in age,gender,educational level,religious belief,residence,medical payment method,work status,and marital status among the three groups(P>0.05).Two-variable Kendall's tau-b(K)linear correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between disease uncertainty and psychological resilience in patients with bronchial tuberculosis(r=-0.440,P<0.001).Conclusion:There is a negative correlation between disease uncertainty and psychological resilience in patients with bronchial tuberculosis.
