摘要
以磷酸锂、铁红、磷酸铁、葡萄糖为主原料,钛酸丁酯为掺杂剂,采用固相法合成磷酸铁锂。研究了不同煅烧工艺对产物形貌及性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、恒流充放电测试表征材料的性能。结果表明:阶梯保温得到的磷酸铁锂形貌规整,且具有良好的电化学性能。其中采用阶梯保温和二次煅烧工艺得到的磷酸铁锂形貌类球形,大小颗粒混掺均匀。0.2C倍率下放电克容量为161.43 mAh/g,2C倍率放电克容量为144.41 mAh/g,且具有很好的循环性能。
Lithium iron phosphate was synthesized by solid phase method with lithium phosphate,iron red,iron phosphate and glucose as main raw materials and butyl titanate as dopant.The effects of different calcination processes on the morphology and properties of the products were studied.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),constant current charge discharge test were used to characterize the properties of the materials.The results show that the lithium iron phosphate obtained by step thermal insulation has regular morphology and good electrochemical performance.Among them,the lithium iron phosphate obtained by the step thermal insulation and secondary calcination process has a spherical shape,and the size particles are mixed evenly.The discharge gram capacity at 0.2C rate is 161.43 mAh/g,and the discharge gram capacity at 2C rate is 144.41 mAh/g,with good cycling performance.
