导热油加热系统的设计和开停车要点分析

摘要 导热油系统具有运行压力低、操作安全可靠、热稳定性好、可获得较高工作温度等优点,被广泛应用于化工行业。本文结合设计经验和相关标准规范,分析总结导热油系统在主要设备、管道和控制系统三个方面的设计要点,并对导热油系统在开停车过程中应注意的问题展开探讨,可为导热油系统的设计提供参考。 Heat transfer oil system has the advantages of low operating pressure,safe and reliable operation,good thermal stability,and high working temperature,and is widely used in the chemical industry.Based on the design experience and relevant standards and specifications,this paper analyzes and summarizes the design points of the heat transfer oil system in the three aspects of main equipment,pipeline and control system,and discusses the problems that the heat transfer oil system should pay attention to in the process of opening and stopping,which can provide reference for the design of the heat transfer oil system.
