摘要
本文简述了填埋法、焚烧法处理废盐的应用现状,概述了目前废盐资源化利用的基本原理、方法、技术路线以及热化学法去除废盐中有机物的技术优势,分析了回转窑焚烧炉、立式喷射焚烧炉和熔盐炉处理废盐的技术缺点,指出热解技术更适合处理低浓度有机污染物废盐。重点介绍了当前废盐热解处理技术,包括无氧热解技术、逆流式回转窑热解技术、两级回转窑热解技术、固定床热解技术和台车热解技术等,分析了不同热解技术的处理效果和优缺点,总结了废盐热解技术的应用现状,提出了废盐热解处理的发展方向。
This paper briefly describes the application status of landfill and incineration methods to treat waste salt,summarizes the basic principles,methods and technical routes of waste salt resource utilization and the technical advantages of thermochemical method to remove organic matter in waste salt,analyzes the technical shortcomings of rotary kiln incinerator,vertical jet incinerator and molten salt furnace to treat waste salt,and points out that pyrolysis technology is more suitable for treating waste salt with low concentration organic pollutants.The current waste salt pyrolysis treatment technology was introduced,including oxygen-free pyrolysis technology,counterflow rotary kiln pyrolysis technology,two-stage rotary kiln pyrolysis technology,fixed bed pyrolysis technology and trolley pyrolysis technology,etc.,the treatment effects and advantages and disadvantages of different pyrolysis technologies were analyzed,the application status of waste salt pyrolysis technology was summarized,and the development direction of waste salt pyrolysis treatment was proposed.
