Prospect of cell bioinformatics in disease diagnosis

摘要 细胞是生命活动的基本单位,细胞生物信息内容丰富而复杂,与疾病发生和进展息息相关。近年来,细胞生物信息学检测与分析技术迅猛发展,在疾病诊断领域应用广泛。本文系统梳理了分子信息、显微结构及图谱、电磁特性、温度特性和力学性能等不同层面的细胞生物信息在疾病诊断中的研究进展,并对未来发展前景和亟待解决的问题进行了展望与讨论。 Cell is the basic unit of life activity.Cell biological information is rich and complex and closely related to the occurrence and progression of diseases.In recent years,cell bioinformatics detection and analysis technology has been developed rapidly and widely used in the field of disease diagnosis.In this paper,the research progress of cell biological information in disease diagnosis at different levels such as molecular information,microstructure and atlas,electromagnetic properties,temperature characteristics and mechanical properties is systematically reviewed,and the future development prospects and problems to be solved urgently are prospected and discussed.
