摘要
“双高”建设离不开高水平的教学科研队伍,离不开高水平的行政管理服务,更离不开基层行政管理人员的综合能力提升。本文通过分析目前高职院校基层行政管理人员工作中存在的岗位价值感不高,专业化能力不足,职业发展通道狭窄,绩效考核激励作用不明显等问题,针对性地提出了基层行政管理人员能力提升的对策建议。
The construction of"double high"requires high-level teaching and research teams,high-level administrative services,and more importantly,the comprehensive ability of grass-roots administrative personnel.Through analyzing the problems existing in the work of grass-roots administrative staff in higher vocational colleges,such as low sense of post value,lack of professional ability,narrow career development channels,unclear performance appraisal incentive function,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the ability of grass-roots administrative staff.
