随着我国经济社会发展进入新时代,城市公交进入了新的发展阶段,更加注重践行“以人民为中心”的发展理念,更好服务人的各方面需求是新时代公交发展必须面对的课题,建设“人文公交”已成为新时代公交企业发展进步的必由之路。本文剖析了“人文公交”的具体内涵,介绍了“人文公交”的研究现状,研究了“人文公交”建设的重要作用,论述了济南公交在“人文公交”建设方面的具体实践,以期为公交同行提供经验借鉴,促进公交事业高质量发展。

As China's economic and social development enters a new era,urban public transport has entered a new stage of development,and more attention has been paid to the implementation of the development concept of "people-centered".Better service to people's needs in all aspects is the subject that must be faced in the development of public transport in the new era,and the construction of "humanistic public transport" has become the only way for the development and progress of public transport enterprises in the new era.This paper analyzes the specific connotation of "humanistic public transport",introduces the research status of "humanistic public transport",studies the important role of "humanistic public transport" construction,and discusses the specific practice of Jinan public transport in the construction of "humanistic public transport",with a view to providing experience for public transport peers and promoting the high-quality development of public transport.
