电动汽车动力电池充检设备研究及其平台开发

摘要 随着电动汽车产业及充电技术的快速发展,电池性能、电池安全等问题受到广泛重视。为保证用户在充电过程中监控电动汽车电池性能,研发电动汽车动力电池充检一体化充电站及其充检平台,并构建充检评价指标体系,包括:动力电池性能、单体一致性诊断、计算和预估电池健康度和剩余使用寿命等。在充电过程中检测分析动力电池技术状况,对于评估动力电池性能和保证电池安全有一定意义。 With the rapid development of electric vehicle industry and charging technology,battery performance,battery safety and other issues have been widely paid attention to.In order to ensure that users monitor the performance of electric vehicle batteries during the charging process,the integrated charging station and its charging and inspection platform for electric vehicle power batteries are developed,and a charging evaluation index system is constructed,including:power battery performance,monomer consistency diagnosis,calculation and estimation of battery health and remaining service life.Detecting and analyzing the technical status of power batteries during charging is of certain significance for evaluating power battery performance and ensuring battery safety.
