摘要
为适应新医改的推进,提高病案管理质量,培养综合素质更高的病案管理人才,某院探索建立了基于“CHEST”的病案管理人才培养模式,通过岗位胜任力、和谐发展、工作激励、岗位结构及培养手段等方面全方位进行人才培养。经过3年“CHEST”人才培养模式的应用,病案管理人员在学历提升、职称晋升、编码证书、科研产出等方面取得不错的成绩,科室管理水平得到提升,科室影响力也进一步扩大,人才培养模式起到了积极的作用,证明了在高水平病案管理的要求下,病案管理人才培养的必要性。
In order to adapt to the promotion of the new medical reform,improve the quality of medical record management and cultivate medical record management talents with higher comprehensive quality,a hospital explored and established a named"CHEST"medical record management staff training model.Through position competencies,harmonious development,job encourages,position structure and training methods,all aspects of personnel training are carried out.After 3 years of application of the"CHEST"training model,medical record management staff have achieved good results in academic qualifications,professional title promotion,coding certificates,scientific research output,etc.,The management level of the department has been improved,the influence of the department has been further expanded,and the talent training model has played a positive role.However,there are still some shortcomings,the current training model is in the exploratory stage and needs to be further optimized.At the same time,it also proves the necessity of training medical record management talents under the requirements of high-level medical record management.
