摘要
目的探讨高频超声检查对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的诊断价值。方法选取98例乳腺肿瘤患者,均接受高频超声检查,依据病理检查结果分为乳腺癌组和乳腺良性肿瘤组,每组49例,比较两组患者高频超声特征、乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)分级,评估高频超声检查对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的诊断效能。结果乳腺癌组纵横比≥1、信号衰减、有微钙化、边界毛刺/锯齿状、Ⅲ级血流患者比例均高于乳腺良性肿瘤组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。乳腺良性肿瘤组与乳腺癌组患者BI-RADS分级比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。高频超声检查诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度为89.80%,特异度为81.63%,准确度为85.71%,漏诊率为10.20%,误诊率为18.37%。结论高频超声检查诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均较高,可为临床进一步治疗提供有效依据。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound in benign or malignant breast tumors.Method A total of 98 patients with breast tumors were selected,all of whom received high-frequency ultrasound examination.According to the results of pathological examination,they were divided into breast cancer group and benign tumor group,49 cases in each group.The high-frequency ultrasound characteristics,breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS)classification were compared,and diagnostic efficacy of high-frequency ultrasound in benign or malignant breast tumor were evaluated.Result The proportion of patients with aspect ratio≥1,signal attenuation,microcalcification,border burrs/jaggedness,and Ⅲ grade of blood flow in the breast cancer group were higher than those in the benign breast tumor group(P<0.05).There was significant difference for the BI-RADS classification between the benign breast tumor group and breast cancer group(P<0.01).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of high-frequency ultrasound examination in diagnosing breast cancer was 89.80%,81.63%,85.71%,10.20%,and 18.37%,respectively.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound examination has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,which can provide effective evidence for further clinical treatment.
