Intelligent Development and Suggestions of Military Command and Control

摘要 结合世界战争形态、战斗力由信息化向智能化转型的发展趋势,设计人与多机制整合的新型指挥控制系统架构(HMMI),概述其运行机理及优势特点。以HMMI中信息收集—共享—处理,综合态势认知、决策方案生成、战斗任务执行以及人机协同机制为概念基础,分析其智能发展现状和技术发展趋势,并给出未来军事指挥控制的智能化发展建议。 Combining with the development trend of world war form and fighting capacity from informatization to intelligence,we design a new command and control system architecture based on the integration of humans and multiple mechanisms,which is referred to as HMMI.The operating mechanism and advantages of HMMI is outlined.Taking the mechanisms of information gathering,sharing and processing,comprehensive situation awareness,decision-making scheme generation,combat mission execution and man-machine coordination in HMMI as the conceptual bases,the intelligent development status and technology trends of intelligence are analyzed,and the suggestions for intelligence development of military command and control in the future are given.
