摘要
预硫化钴钼系CO变换催化剂自开发出来之后,便应用于化工生产装置之中。经过不断的技术改进,形成了更加优化的预硫化工艺,能够满足生产和开车等工况的使用需要,为合成氨系统的运行提供了更好选择。在不损害催化剂活性的基础上,加快了开车进程,节约了现场硫化的蒸汽、硫化剂和氮气的使用,有效降低相应投资。
Since the development of pre-sulfurized molybdenum series CO shift catalyst,it has been used in chemical production units.Through continuous technical improvement,a more optimized pre-sulfiding process has been formed,which can meet the utilization requirements of production and start-up conditions,and provides a better choice for the operation of synthetic ammonia system.On the basis of not damaging the catalyst activity,the start-up process is accelerated,the use of steam,vulcanizing agent and nitrogen for on-site vulcanization are saved,and the corresponding investment is effectively reduced.
