摘要
海洋石油富岛有限公司二期、三期脱盐水装置生产精制水过程中,直接将水质较为良好的在线分析仪表取样水排入污水厂,造成了生产用水的浪费,为了减少装置生产废水的排放量,提高装置生产用水重复利用率,降低装置污水处理成本,对脱盐水装置进行了节能回收改造,将排放的清净生产水回收至循环水系统作为补充生产水使用,取得了较好的经济效益和环保效益。
During producing refined water in the second and third phases demineralized water unit of Offshore Oil Fudao company,online analytical instrument sampling water of relatively good quality directly discharges into the wastewater plant resulting in the waste of production water.In order to reduce the discharge of production wastewater from the plant,improve the reuse rate of production water and reduce the cost of wastewater treatment for the plant,energy-saving recycling retrofit of the demineralized water plant has been carried out.Discharged clean production water is recycled to the circulating water system for supplementary production water.Good economic and environmental benefits are obtained.
