大数据背景下教师绩效量化考核平台建设的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on the Construction of Quantitative Evaluation Platform for Teachers'Performance under the Background of Big Data

随着大数据与云计算技术的应用范围越来越广,建立专门的高校教师绩效量化考核平台成为当下最需关注的问题。通过分析教师教育教学、科学研究绩效、社会服务绩效及综合评价教师专业发展,可有效指导教师、激励教师,并使教师综合素质与专业技能得到大幅度提升,还可实现高校不同数据多维度分析,为高校未来发展提供科学决策的有效依据。基于此,文章对大数据背景下教师绩效量化考核平台的建设展开可行性研究。

With the application of big data and cloud computing technology is more and more wide,the establishment of a special quantitative evaluation platform for university teachers'performance has become the most urgent issue.Performance through the analysis of teachers'education teaching,scientific research and social service performance and comprehensive evaluation of teachers'professional development,which can guide effectively to the teachers,motivation,and make the teachers'comprehensive quality and professional skills to improve dramatically,also can realize high efficiency of different dimensional analysis data,provide effective scientific decision basis for the future development of colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper conducts a feasibility study on the construction of a quantitative evaluation platform for teachers'performance under the background of big data.
