大数据作为高科技时代的产物,已成为众多行业中的重要技术。大数据与教育的有机融合,是对教育模式升级的有力措施。在这一背景下,基于大数据对高校辅导员学生管理工作进行创新与变革是时代应有之义。对此,文章梳理大数据背景下学生管理工作的发展现状,阐述辅导员对学生管理工作进行创新改革的重要意义。分析大数据时代辅导员给学生管理工作创新带来的机遇与挑战。提出高校辅导员针对学生管理工作创新的对策与建议,包括建立基于大数据的辅导员学生管理服务平台,重视辅导员对大数据应用能力的培训,加强辅导员自身的网络思政意识,同时注重大数据背景下的网络安全建设。

As a product of this high-tech era,big data technology has become an important technology in many industries.The organic integration of big data and education is a powerful measure to upgrade the educational mode.In this context,it is necessary to innovate and change the management of college counselors based on big data.In this regard,this paper sorts out the development status quo of students management under the background of big data,and expounds the significance of innovative reform of counselor students management.Analyzed the opportunities and challenges brought by the big data era to the innovation of counselors'students management.Put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation of college counselor students management,including establishing a counselor students management service platform based on big data platform,paying attention to the cultivating of counselor's big data application ability,strengthening the counselor's own network ideological and political awareness,and paying attention to the network security construction under the background of big data.
