摘要
随着我国大数据的快速发展,大数据技术已被广泛用到高校档案的信息化管理中,档案管理模式开始从人工管理朝着数字化方向发展,有效提高档案管理的效率和质量。文章主要阐述大数据和档案管理的内涵,分析大数据环境下高校档案实施信息化管理的意义,根据高校实际情况提出档案管理中存在的问题,并制定合理的解决方案,力求通过多种方法增强档案信息化管理水平。
With the rapid development of big data in our country,the big data technology has been applied widely to the informatization management of university archives.The archives management mode has shifted from the manual management to digitalization,improving effectively the efficiency and quality of archives management.This article elaborates mainly on the connotations of big data and archives management,analyzes the significance of implementing informatization management in university archives under the environment of big data,proposes the problems in archives management based on the actual situation of universities,and formulates reasonable solutions,striving to enhance the level of archives informatization management through the various methods.
