摘要
目的研究冠心病患者外周血炎症因子及吲哚胺2,3-二氧化酶(IDO)与抑郁症之间的相关联系并进一步探讨其机制。方法通过对冠心病组、冠心病共病抑郁组、对照组3组进行肝肾心功能、血常规、外周血炎症因子以及IDO水平检测,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析不同炎症因子与抑郁程度的相关性。结果冠心病组与冠心病共病抑郁组心肝肾功能、血脂临床指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);冠心病共病抑郁组血尿酸、胱抑素C(Cys-C)高于冠心病组(P<0.05);冠心病组患者IL-10检测结果均值高于冠心病共病抑郁组(P<0.05);冠心病共病抑郁组TFN、IFN、IDO检测结果平均值高于冠心病组(P<0.05);冠心病患者TNF、IFN、Cys-C水平与抑郁程度成正相关(P<0.05);IL-10水平与抑郁程度成负相关(P<0.05)。结论促炎及抑炎因子的异常可以增加冠心病患者共病抑郁的趋向,IDO及IFN水平与抑郁严重程度相关。
Objective This paper aims to study the correlation between inflammatory factors,indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase(IDO)and depression in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The liver,kidney and heart function,blood routine test,and IDO level were detected in coronary heart disease group,coronary heart disease with depression group and control group.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between different inflammatory factors and the degree of depression.Results There was no statistical significance on the difference in clinical indexes of heart,liver and kidney function and blood lipid between coronary heart disease group and coronary hear disease with depression group(P>0.05);serum uric acid and cystatin C(Cys-C)in coronary heart disease with depression group were higher than those in cor⁃onary heart disease group(P<0.05).The mean value of IL-10 in coronary heart disease group was higher than that in coro⁃nary heart disease with depression group(P<0.05);the mean values of TFN,IFN and IDO in coronary heart disease with depression group were higher than those in coronary heart disease group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF,IFN and Cys-C in patients with coronary heart disease were positively correlated with the degree of depression(P<0.05),and the level of IL-10 was negatively correlated with the degree of depression(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormality of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory factors can increase the tendency of comorbidity depression in patients with coronary heart disease.The levels of IDO and IFN were correlated with the severity of depression.
