摘要
目的 制备一种新型分子印迹试纸,用于快速检测水产品中环丙沙星(CPFX)残留。方法 以氟喹诺酮类抗生素中的CPFX为模板分子,以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅氧烷为功能单体,使其非共价联结,然后以正硅酸四乙酯为交联剂,氨水为催化剂,结合纸基微流控技术,以Whatman 1号滤纸为基底材料进行聚合,最后洗脱除去模板分子,制作分子印迹聚合物。利用高效液相色谱法对该分子印迹聚合物的分析性能进行考察,并将其作为吸附剂,用于水产品中CPFX的富集与分析测定,并能通过与Fe(NO_(3))_(3)溶液滴定后的显色效果来快速评估样品中的CPFX含量。结果 CPFX浓度的对数与显色后的灰度值呈良好线性关系(r=0.992 8)。结论 该新型分子印迹试纸具有很好的特异性、灵敏度、准确性和稳定性,可以实现水产品中对环丙沙星残留的快速检测。
Objective This paper aims to prepare a new molecular imprinting test strip for the rapid detection of ciprofloxacin residue in aquatic products.Methods CPFX in fluoroquinolone antibiotics was used as the template molecule,3-aminopropyl triethoxysiloxane was used as the functional monomer,and the non-covalent bonding was made.Tetraethyl orthosilicate was used as the crosslinking agent,ammonia water was used as the catalyst,and paper based microfluidic technology was combined with Whatman 1 filter paper as the base material for polymerization.The template molecules were eluted and molecularly imprinted polymers were obtained.The analytical performance of the molecularly-imprinted polymer was investigated by high performance liquid chromatography,and it was used as an adsorbent for the enrichment,analysis and determination of CPFX in aquatic products,and CPFX content in samples could be rapidly evaluated by the color development effect after titration with Fe(NO_3)_(3) solution.Results There was a good linearity between the logarithm of CPFX concentration and the gray value after color development(r=0.992 8).Conclusion The new molecular imprinting test strip has high specificity,sensitivity,accuracy and stability,which can realize the rapid detection of ciprofloxacin residue.
