红核妇洁洗液联合α-2b干扰素治疗外阴尖锐湿疣临床观察

The clinical study for treatment of vulvar condyloma acuminatum with Honghefujie lotion combined withα⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets

目的观察红核妇洁洗液联合α-2b干扰素治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法选取2017年~2020年门诊就诊的外阴尖锐湿疣患者60例为研究对象,随机分为3组:红核妇洁洗液组、α-2b干扰素泡腾片组、红核妇洁洗液+α-2b干扰素泡腾片组。比较用药后3组患者的有效率、复发率及副反应发生率。结果3组患者用药结束后第1、2、4周有效率:红核妇洁洗液组(65%,90%,95%)、红核妇洁洗液+α-2b干扰素泡腾片组(75%,95%,100%)明显高于α-2b干扰素泡腾片组(25%,55%,60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复发情况:红核妇洁洗液+α-2b干扰素泡腾片组复发率(5%)明显低于红核妇洁洗液组(80%)和α-2b干扰素泡腾片组(30%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);副反应情况:α-2b干扰素泡腾片组、红核妇洁洗液+α-2b干扰素泡腾片组的副反应发生率低于红核妇洁洗液组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论红核妇洁洗液+α-2b干扰素泡腾片联合应用治疗外阴尖锐湿疣疗效显著、副反应小,可作为临床治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的优选方法,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Honghefujie lotion combined withα⁃2b interferon ef⁃fervescent tablets on vulvar condyloma acuminatum.Methods Sixty patients with vulvar condyloma acuminata from 2017 to 2019 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into Honghefujie lotion group,α⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets group and Honghefujie lotion combined withα⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets group.The effective rate,recurrence rate,and incidence of side effects were compared among three groups after treatment.Results After one,two and four weeks treatment,the effective rates of Honghefujie lotion group were 65%,90%and 95%respectively,and those of Honghefujie lotion combined withα⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets group were 75%,95%and 100%,which were higher than those of theα⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets group(25%,55%and 60%)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of Honghefujie lotion combined withα⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets group was 5%,which was lower than that of Honghefujie lotion group(80%)and that of theα⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets group(30%),with significant differ⁃ence(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects in theα⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets group and Honghefujie lotion combined withα⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets group were lower than those in Honghefujie lotion group(P<0.0001).Conclusion Honghefujie lotion combined withα⁃2b interferon effervescent tablets is effective to treat vulvar condyloma acuminata,with less side effects.It can be used as a preferred method for clinical treatment of vulvar condyloma acuminata,and it is worth to be promoted.
