百脉根WRKY基因家族生物信息学分析 被引量:4

摘要 WRKY转录因子是一个超家族的调节因子,参与植物的多种生物过程和逆境胁迫反应。然而,在百脉根中对WRKY家族还没有相关的研究。本研究共鉴定出79个LjWRKYs基因,它们不均匀分布在各染色体上的基因位点编码,与拟南芥At WRKYs进行系统发育分析,分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ类。保守基序和外显子-内含子数目表明79个LjWRKYs在不同亚簇中均具有较大的差异,顺式作用元件结果显示在上游2000 bp启动子区域包含多种逆境胁迫、激素和生长发育相关的元件。共线性结果有36对片段复制和1对串联重复复制共线性基因,且Ka/Ks均小于1。本研究通过分析百脉根WRKY基因家族的基本结构与性质,为深入研究百脉根WRKY基因家族提供了基础。 WRKY transcription factors are a superfamily of regulatory factors involved in a variety of plant biological processes and stress responses.However,there is no research on WRKY family in Lotus corniculatus L..A total of 79 LjWRKYs genes were identified in this study.They were encoded by loci unevenly distributed on each chromosome.Phylogenetic analysis was conducted with AtWRKys in Arabidopsis thaliana,and they were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ categories.The results of conserved motifs and exon intron numbers showed that 79 LjWRKYs were different in different sub clusters.Cis acting elements showed that the upstream 2000 bp promoter region contained a variety of stress,hormone and growth related elements.The results showed that there were 36 pairs of fragment replication and 1 pair of tandem repeats,and the Ka/Ks were less than 1.In this study,the basic structure and properties ofWRKY gene family were analyzed,which provided the basis for further study ofWRKY gene family.
