摘要
基于BIM实现数字孪生交互,将整体建筑的BIM模型与智能化运维平台相结合,通过BIM将工程设计和建造信息无损传递到设施维护运营,BIM模型及各个设备编码可以存储在服务器及客户端上,以不同颗粒度的轻量化模型满足不同使用需求及操作需求,帮助管理人员快速了解各设备的使用情况,提高运维管理效率。透过BIM模型对设施物的精细化资讯表达,让管理者清楚知道整体建筑设施运作状态。
Realize digital twin interaction based on BIM,combine the BIM model of the whole building with the intelligent operation and maintenance platform,and transmit the engineering design and construction information to the facility maintenance and operation without loss through BIM.The BIM model and each equipment code can be stored on the server and client.In addition,lightweight models with different granularities are used to meet different usage and operational requirements,helping managers to quickly understand the usage of each device and improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance management.The refined information expression of the facilities through the BIM model allows managers to clearly know the operation status of the overall building facilities.
