Research on the countermeasures of“multi-measurement in one”results sharing

为更好地推行“多测合一”,实现测绘成果共享,论文提出了完善制度体系、统一技术标准、保证成果质量、建设共享平台等对策,一定程度上缓解了“多测合一”牵涉部门众多、“一次委托”困难等执行上的矛盾,有效解决了测绘内容不同、执行标准各异、测绘时点不一、测量精度不等、测绘基准有别、成果格式多样等技术上的问题。研究成果为测绘行业的改革和创新提供参考。

In order to better promote the“multi-measurement in one”and realize the sharing of surveying and mapping results,the paper proposes countermeasures such as improving the system,unifying technical standards,ensuring the quality of results,and building a sharing platform,which to some extent alleviates the contradictions in the implementation of the system,such as the numerous departments involved in the“multi-measurement in one”and the difficulties of“one time entrustment”,and effectively solves the problems of different surveying and mapping contents,different implementation standards,different surveying and mapping time points,and different measurement accuracy Technical problems such as the difference of surveying and mapping datum and the diversity of results formats.The research results provide reference for the reform and innovation of surveying and mapping industry.
