摘要
基于2003—2019年中国省域面板数据,采用系统高斯混合模型(GMM)方法和中介效应模型检验科技服务业集聚对工业全要素生产率提升的影响及作用机制。实证结果表明,科技服务业集聚显著促进了工业全要素生产率提升;时间异质性检验表明,与2003—2014年相比,该促进作用在2015—2019年显著增强,符合我国加快科技服务业发展的政策预期;中介效应检验结果表明,全链条创新驱动、交易成本降低、工业结构优化升级是科技服务业集聚影响工业全要素生产率提升的重要中介途径。基于以上结论,从完善科技服务业体系以赋能工业高质量发展等角度提出对策建议。
Based on the provincial panel data of China from 2003 to 2019,use the system GMM method and the mediating effect model to empirically test the impact and mechanism of the agglomeration of science and technology service industries on the improvement of industrial total factor productivity.The empirical results show that the agglomeration of science and technology service industry significantly promotes the improvement of industrial total factor productivity.The temporal heterogeneity test shows that compared with 2003-2014,the promotion effect has been significantly enhanced in 2015-2019,which is in line with China's policy expectation of accelerating the development of science and technology service industry.The results of the intermediary effect test show that the whole chain innovation drive,transaction cost reduction,industrial structure optimization and upgrading are the important mediating ways that the agglomeration of science and technology service industry affects the improvement of industrial total factor productivity.Based on the above conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of perfecting the system of science and technology service industry to enable high-quality industrial development.
