摘要 本文针对大截面35CrMo中间轴热处理过程中出现的性能不合格问题进行了分析及讨论,提出了改进措施,并应用于实际生产中。结果表明:通过适当调整冷却方式及操作过程,消除或减小淬火过程中产生的气体堆,可以有效改善强度不合格问题,降低了产品返修率。 This paper analyzed and discussed the unqualified performance of 35CrMo intermediate shaft with large cross section during heat treatment,put forward effective improvement measures,and applied to actual production.The results showed that by properly adjusting the cooling mode and operation process,the gas reactor generated during quenching could be eliminated or reduced,the unqualified strength could be effectively improved,and the repair rate of the product was reduced.
