摘要
介绍了热溶车间钾盐生产流程,通过对三元公司热溶车间试运行期间出现问题的分析,从宏观角度、材料的化学成分和金相组织、腐蚀情况、制作工艺等方面进行了原因分析。通过设计新型蒸汽喷嘴、改进热溶搅拌轴及桨叶、结晶器底搅拌改造等具体措施,对热溶、结晶系统进行了一系列改造,使该项目实现了达产节能、提质增效的目标。
The paper introduces the potassium salt production process in the hot melt plant,analyzes the problems that occurred during the trial operation of the hot melt plant of Sanyuan Company and points out the reasons from a macro perspective,chemical composition and metallographic structure of materials,corrosion,production process,and other aspects.A series of renovations have been carried out on the hot melt and crystallization system by some specific measures such as design of new steam nozzles,improvement of the hot melt agitating shaft and blades,and agitating improvement of the crystallizer bottom,achieving the goals of reaching full production,energy conservation,quality improvement,and efficiency enhancement.
