摘要 加快解决我国发展面对的科学起飞难题,是实现社会主义现代化强国奋斗目标的紧迫问题。厘清问题、因果、概念,才能有的放矢,有效方法是达成目标的效率途径。在科学研究、科学探索的征途中,务必重视哲学、数学、实验的意义与作用。研究有利于科技创新的制度生态并予以巩固,勇于清除那些破坏科技创新的体制机制障碍,从制度生态层面保证科技事业的持续发展,关键而紧迫。 Accelerating the solution of the problem of scientific take-off in China's development is an urgent problem to achieve the goal of a powerful modern socialist country.Only by clarifying the problem,cause and effect,and concept,can we have a clear target.Effective methods are efficient ways to achieve goals.In the course of scientific research and exploration,we must attach importance to the significance and function of philosophy,mathematics and experiment.We should study and consolidate the institutional ecology conducive to scientific and technological innovation,and have the courage to cut off the institutional obstacles that undermine scientific and technological innovation.It is critical and urgent to ensure the sustainable development of science and technology from the level of system ecology.
