摘要
随着5G网络覆盖的逐步完善,运营商越来越关注网络的后评估。传统的网络后评估方法手段单一,无法有效评估建设方案的精准性和合理性,导致网络感知的下降和建设投资的浪费。结合网络运行大数据,从解决方案的有效性、站点效益是否达到预期、实际建设方案与规划方案的吻合度三个层面出发,构建多维度大数据后评估体系,从而实现对建设方案进行精准性和合理性评估,同时通过将整改措施反馈到规划方案,达到指导规划的目的。
With the gradual improvement of 5G network coverage,operators are increasingly concerned about post-evaluation of 5G network.The traditional network post-evaluation method is single,which can’t effectively evaluate the accuracy and rationality of the construction scheme.It leads to a decline in network awareness and wasted investment in network construction.This paper combines big data of network operation to build a multidimensional big data post-evaluation system.This system is comprised of three levels,the effectiveness of the solution,whether the site benefits meet expectations,the consistency between the actual construction scheme and the planning scheme.Then the accuracy and rationality evaluation of the construction scheme is realized.Meanwhile,the purpose of guiding planning is achieved through feedback corrective actions to the planning scheme.
