聚桂醇注射液治疗口腔唾液腺黏液囊肿的临床观察

Clinical effect of lauromacrogol injection in the treatment of oral salivary gland mucocele

目的 评价聚桂醇注射液治疗口腔唾液腺黏液囊肿的临床效果。方法 选取82例确诊为口腔唾液腺黏液囊肿的患者,进行聚桂醇注射液囊肿腔内冲洗和囊肿基底唾液腺组织内注射硬化治疗1~3次,聚桂醇注射液使用剂量根据囊肿大小单次用量在2~5ml不等,注射方法分为泡沫化和原液结合使用,泡沫化主要用于冲洗唾液腺黏液囊肿囊腔,原液用于囊肿基底唾液腺组织内注射。治疗完成后,进行为期1年的临床观察,判断其疗效。结果 82例中痊愈80例(97.6%),无效及复发2例(2.4%),总体有效率97.6%。其中1例发生注射区组织溃疡。结论 聚桂醇注射液硬化治疗口腔唾液腺囊肿有效率高,安全性好,复发率低,临床效果确切。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of lauromacrogol injection in the treatment of oral salivary gland mucocele.Methods 82 cases of mucocele of salivary glands were selected for 1-3 times of intraluminal irrigation and cyst basal tissue injection according to the size of the cyst.The dosage was varied from 2-5ml to single dose according to the size of the cyst.The injection method was divided into foam and original fluid.Foam was used to irrigate the cyst cavity,and the original solution was injected into the base part.The clinical observation lasted for one year to judge the curative effect.Results Among 82 cases,80 cases were cured,accounting for 97.6%.Two cases were ineffective or relapsed,accounting for 2.4%.One of them developed tissue ulcer in the injection area.Conclusions Lauromacrogol injection in the treatment of oral salivary gland cyst has the advantages of high efficiency,less invasion,less complications and rare tissue necrosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
