民众满意度对警民信任的转化机理研究

Study on the Transformation Mechanism of Public Satisfaction to Police Trust

学界有关民众主观感知与警民信任的研究不断增多,但现有文献少有从民众满意度、回应性与警察形象等综合角度分析警民信任。研究基于自我决定理论构建了民众满意度对警民信任影响机理的双中介模型,并利用SPSS26.0与AMOS20.0,对300份有效样本进行了实证检验。实证研究发现:(1)民众满意度对警民信任具有显著正向影响。(2)感知回应性在民众满意度与警民信任之间起中介作用。(3)警察形象在民众满意度与警民信任之间起中介作用。因此,公安机关应以民众满意为导向,提高警务工作民众获得感;同时不断创新警察对外宣传方式,提高民众感知回应性;进一步加强公安队伍建设,塑造良好警察形象。

Research on people’s subjective perceptions and police trust has been growing in academia,however,little of the existing literature analyzes police trust from a comprehensive perspective of public satisfaction,responsiveness,and police image.This study addresses this gap by constructing a two-mediator model based on self-determination theory to explore the mechanism underlying the relationship between people’s satisfaction and police trust.The model is empirically tested on a sample of 300 participants using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 20.0.The empirical study found that:(1)People’s satisfaction has a significant positive effect on police trust.(2)Perceived responsiveness mediates the effect between people's satisfaction and police trust.(3)Police image plays a mediating role between public satisfaction and police trust.Therefore,public security agencies should prioritize people’s satisfaction by enhancing their access to police work.Furthermore,they should innovate their approaches to police communication to improve people’s perceived responsiveness,and strengthen the construction of the police team to build a positive police image.
