“三大球”振兴背景下中国女篮备战巴黎奥运会的策略研究

Strategy research of Chinese women’s basketball team preparing for Paris Olympic Games under the background of“three big balls”revitalization

“三大球”振兴发展是加快建设体育强国的基础性工程,而篮球作为“三大球”之一,其竞技水平的高低是衡量体育强国的重要指标之一。2022年世界杯中国女篮表现优异,以无畏金兰之姿勇夺银牌,作为2024年巴黎奥运会前的重大国际女篮赛事,其研究价值重大。运用文献资料、录像观察和RSR等方法,对中国女篮的攻防实力、制胜经验进行探究,旨在为其备战奥运提供参考。研究表明:中国女篮的进攻实力为A级水平、防守实力为B级水平、整体攻防实力为B级水平,属攻防兼备型球队。为此,营造无畏强敌氛围,重塑敢打敢拼精神;保持合理稳定阵容,强调团体作战风格;组建复合教练团队,汲取集体智慧能量;发挥体制优势备战,重视练赛结合模式;顺应篮球发展趋势,打造攻防两端均衡是其重夺银牌的制胜经验。提出中国女篮备战奥运应树立“争二保四”的参赛目标,优化球队阵容结构、提高球员竞技能力、夯实体育备战工作和加强后备人才培养策略。

The revitalization and development of“three big balls”is the basic project to speed up the construction of sports power,and basketball as one of the“three big balls”,its competitive level is one of the important indicators to measure sports power.The Chinese women’s basketball team won the silver medal in the 2022 World Cup with excellent performance.As a major international women’s basketball tournament before the 2024 Paris Olympic Games,its research value is great.By using the methods of literature,video observation and RSR,this paper probes into and summarizes the offensive and defensive strength and winning experience of Chinese women’s basketball team,aiming at providing reference strategies for preparing for the Paris Olympic Games.The research shows that the offensive strength of Chinese women’s basketball team is at level A,the defensive strength is at level B,and the overall offensive and defensive strength is at level B,which is both offensive and defensive teams.It is the winning experience for Chinese women’s basketball team to create the atmosphere of courage,reshape the spirit of daring,maintain the reasonable and stable lineup,emphasize the team fighting style,build the composite coach team,absorb the collective wisdom energy,play the system advantage,pay attention to the development trend of basketball,create the balance of attack and defense.In preparing for the Olympic Games,the Chinese women’s basketball team should set up the goal of“competing for two and protecting four”,on this basis,optimize the structure of the team,improve the competitive ability of the players,consolidate the sports preparation and strengthen the training of reserve talents.
