人类命运共同体视域下北京冬奥会生态可持续发展研究

Research on ecological sustainability of Beijing Winter Olympic Games in the perspective of community with a shared future for mankind

国际奥委会通过的《奥林匹克2020议程》指出,“可持续”正式成为奥运会核心理念之一。冬奥会举办地实现生态可持续发展是国际奥委会的愿景,也是人类命运共同体思想中可持续发展价值观的体现。为此,分析北京冬奥会生态可持续发展与人类命运共同体建设的内在逻辑,以及北京冬奥会可持续发展工作的组织结构,从竞赛场馆、空气质量、低碳管理、可持续采购、生物多样性五个方面总结北京冬奥会筹办过程中生态可持续发展的主要措施,为实现冬奥会生态可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。

The Olympic 2020 agenda,adopted by the IOC,points out that“sustainable”is officially the core concept of the Olympic Games.The development of ecological sustainable development is the vision of the international Olympic committee and the embodiment of sustainable development values in the thought of the community of human destiny.This paper sorts out the internal logic of the sustainable ecological development of the Beijing Winter Olympics and the construction of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind through the literature method and logical analysis method;and analyzes the organizational structure of the sustainable development work of the Beijing Winter Olympics and summarized the main measures for ecological sustainability in the preparation of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games from five aspects:competition venues,air quality,low-carbon management,sustainable procurement,and biodiversity,aimed at providing references for potential Winter Olympic Games hosts to achieve sustainable development.
